how to get exposed to new problems…
- Put yourself in a position to feel problems viscerally: observe your day-to-day struggles, or of someone you live with. don’t just look at the problems, understand and feel why they exist. don’t just think of solutions now, look at disturbances as problems
- Look at ideas that were tried before but failed: Many of the successful startups you see today have the same idea but reached a different, vastly better outcome just due to the fact that they accounted for execution better. Ask why you might now have a different outcome
