What do ‘public goals’ mean?

The Premise:

1. Outline your goals: everything for the remaining part of the year or whatever timeframe. be sure to include each goal.
2. Don’t strike out/remove any goals yet that are too unrealistic or you consider them not worthy enough of being on the list or for whatever other reason you would like to exclude them from this particular list.
3. Divide your goals in different buckets: professional and personal and then sub divide them in whatever categories you like.
4. Now look deep inside you and check if all of your goals resonate with your values. Remove those that don’t.
5. Order goals in precedence and remove the last 30% of them
6. Now create a Notion page and categorize all your direct goals- which you want to achieve explicitly and indirect goals which are implied.
7. Write down your key skill goals and your personal goals
8. Next outline what strategies you are going to apply. It can be building in public or 1 on 1 accountability and steps on how to stop procrastination.
9. Next, time for re retrospection: Look into yourself and figure out the mantras and philosophies for the time period
10. Now list these down on to the same page
11. Next comes the part of lifestyle or hobby goals which are not as high in precedence but are still important.
12. Finally, think about the good habits you want to maintain. And write these in to do list format (Tip: If you want, you can put everything in to do list format).
